Shipping policy

We currently ship to:
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. 

At this time, we do not ship to the United States. 

More countries will be added soon. 

Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days.

Estimated Delivery (Canada)
Average delivery is 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier volume. Rural and remote areas may take longer.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for scans to appear.

International Shipping
Delivery times and fees vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Changes
If you need to update your address after ordering, email info@shopdrezden.ca as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot reroute parcels.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us, and we will open a carrier investigation and assist you.
