Final Sale Items

For hygienic reasons, earrings and jewelry intended for piercings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Special Circumstances

We recognize that unique situations may occur. To request an exception, please email info@shopdrezden.ca within 7 days of delivery. All returns require email approval before shipping items back. Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped within 7 days of approval.

Return Shipping

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Drezden covers return shipping.

• For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return postage and tracking. Please retain proof of shipment.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

When possible, exchanges for the same item or store credit can be arranged.
