What materials do you use?
We curate plated, filled, and solid-metal pieces depending on the design. Materials are listed on each product page. Nickel-sensitive options are noted where possible.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Many pieces are made with hypoallergenic bases (stainless steel or specific alloy blends). If you have sensitivities, please check each product’s material notes or email info@shopdrezden.ca
How do I care for my jewelry?
Remove before showering, swimming, and sleeping. Avoid lotions, fragrance, and household cleaners. Gently polish with a soft cloth and store dry, away from direct light.
How do I find my size?
Refer to each product’s size guide for accurate measurements. For rings, measure in millimetres for the best fit. For bracelets and necklaces, length details are listed in the description.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene and quality control, earrings and pierced jewelry are final sale. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Special circumstances may be considered — please email info@shopdrezden.ca within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be approved by email before shipping items back.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Drezden covers return shipping. For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return postage and tracking.
When will my order ship?
Processing usually takes 2–4 business days. Once shipped, average delivery in Canada is 3–9 business days, depending on location and carrier volume. You will receive tracking when available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery times and duties vary by destination. Any import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
